Privacy Policy
English translation for convenience; the Ukrainian version prevails. Ukrainian version
In short: we collect only what we need to book your appointment, answer your questions or deliver your order. Please do not send information about your health through the website forms — you will discuss it with the doctor at your consultation.
1. Who processes your data
This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to this website and of clients of dermatologist and trichologist Yulia Agranovych is processed: patients (appointments in Kyiv, London and online), buyers of the book Trichology Without a Diploma 2.0, participants in the Trichology Without a Diploma course and buyers of SORRY FOR MY HAIR COSMETICS products.
Owner (controller) of the personal data:
- FOP (sole proprietor) Kabirova Yuliia Kostiantynivna
- Taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP): 3445809482
- Registered address: office 106, 19 Dehtiarna St, Kyiv
- Email for personal data requests: sorryformyhair@gmail.com
We comply with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. For appointments in London and enquiries from individuals located in the United Kingdom, we also follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What data we collect
We receive only the data you enter in the website forms yourself or send to us via messenger:
| Where | What data |
|---|---|
| “Request a callback” form on the home page | phone number |
| “Leave your details” forms for appointments (Kyiv, London, online) and the form in the “Contact” section | name, phone number, topic of the enquiry (for example, an appointment in Kyiv, the book, the course) |
| Book delivery form after payment | recipient’s full name, phone, email (optional), town or city, Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker, number of copies, comment (optional), consent to data processing |
| Telegram messages with Nastya, the assistant | name and Telegram profile data, the content of the messages you send |
Each request is recorded together with the page from which it was sent and the time of sending, so that we know exactly what you are enquiring about.
Bank card and payment details are not entered on this website and are not passed to us (see section 6).
3. Health data
The website forms are not intended for medical information. Please do not describe symptoms, diagnoses, medication or test results in them or in your first message to the assistant, and do not send photos of your scalp unless you have been asked to. The doctor will discuss your history and the details of your situation with you at the consultation.
Medical information you share during a consultation is processed separately — for the purpose of providing medical care, in accordance with medical confidentiality and the legal requirements for medical records.
4. Why we use your data
- to contact you and book your appointment in Kyiv, London or online;
- to answer your questions about appointments, the book, the course or the cosmetics;
- to fulfil and deliver your book order via Nova Poshta;
- to process the sale of the course or the book, provide access to them and confirm payment;
- to comply with legal requirements (for example, sales accounting).
We do not use your data to send you marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.
5. Legal bases for processing
- Your consent — when you leave your details in a form or tick the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time (section 15).
- Entering into and performing a contract — when you buy the book or the course or book an appointment: without your contact details and delivery address we cannot fulfil your order.
- Compliance with a legal obligation — sales, accounting and tax records.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to an enquiry you initiated and to protect our rights in the event of a dispute.
For individuals in the United Kingdom, these bases correspond to Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the UK GDPR.
6. Payment
Payment for the book and the course takes place on the page of the WayForPay payment service. You enter your card details only there; this website neither sees nor stores them. From WayForPay we receive only the information needed to confirm the order (for example, the fact and amount of payment). WayForPay processes payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
7. Who we share data with
- Yulia Agranovych’s assistant (Nastya) — so that she can contact you, answer your questions and book you in.
- Nova Poshta — full name, phone, town or city and branch, to deliver the book.
- WayForPay — to process payment (see section 6).
- Telegram — the channel for contacting the assistant: messages you send there are also processed by Telegram under its own rules.
- Specialists at the Centre in Kyiv — only if you book with them, and only the data needed for the booking.
- Public authorities — only in the cases and in the manner provided for by law.
Some of these services may process data outside Ukraine or the United Kingdom. We share only the minimum data necessary and only for the stated purposes.
8. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was obtained:
- requests that did not result in a booking or purchase — up to 1 year from the date of the enquiry;
- order and delivery data — up to 3 years after the order is fulfilled;
- documents the law requires us to keep (accounting, tax, medical) — for the period set by law.
After that, the data is deleted or anonymised. Periods in square brackets may be clarified.
9. Cookies and technical data
The website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising and does not use visitor tracking services.
To display fonts, the website loads them from the Google Fonts service — in doing so your browser passes its IP address and technical request data to Google. The server hosting the website (Vercel Inc., USA) may automatically record technical access logs (IP address, time, browser) for security and reliable operation.
If we add analytics or cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
10. How we protect your data
Your data is accessible only to those who need it to handle your enquiry or order. We use secure connections and access-controlled services, and we do not publish your data.
11. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for individuals in the United Kingdom, under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- know what data of yours we process, why and with whom we share it, and obtain a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased if there are no grounds for keeping it;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);
- receive your data in a convenient format for transfer to another service provider (UK GDPR);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or a court.
To exercise your rights, write to sorryformyhair@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 calendar days; we may ask you to confirm your identity so that we do not disclose your data to anyone else.
12. Where to complain
We would be grateful if you contacted us first, so that we can resolve the matter more quickly. You also have the right to contact:
- in Ukraine — the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua);
- in the United Kingdom — the Information Commissioner’s Office, ICO (ico.org.uk).
13. Minors
The website forms are intended for adults. If a child needs a consultation, the request should be made by a parent or other legal guardian.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the latest version is shown at the top.
15. Contact
